Open plan offices are becoming widely popular recently, allowing for collaborative workplaces and a more inclusive environment. However, many employees need some privacy to continue succeeding in their jobs. Using clever signs and visual graphics, businesses can provide an increase in privacy without having to invest in redesigning offices, or losing complete visibility. In addition, it can also allow more visual branding around the workplace, and liven the area up a little.
Window graphics

Window graphics are usually printed vinyl’s applied to windows, allowing for privacy in rooms, or in offices separated by clear glass panels. They are very versatile as you can have any image printed onto the vinyl, and also can have only half the window decorated, or have gaps. They are also ideal for bringing in more decor and liven up a room.
Frosting and Etch

As you can see in the above image, frosted vinyl can add aesthetically pleasing visuals as well as workplace privacy. You can have designs and patterns, or your company name and your logo etc. This would be ideal for an office window as you can increase inside company branding whilst adding privacy for you employees.
Contra vision

This is contra-vision, a highly intelligent material where no one can see in but you can see out. It’s an opaque vinyl with tiny holes all through it, allowing for light to still come in, but blocking the view in. This would be ideal for a large office window outside maybe a busy street, or on glass panels separating office sections if you have a large open plan office.
